The Flooring Kit
Your hassle free solution to sealing flooring or structural bonding’s in vibrating constructions
Containing 8 essential tools, this kit will take you from start to finish to ensure the most efficient job is done, all at a great price!
Each kit includes:
Soudal Primer 100 – a universal primer for use prior to applying polyurethane sealant to porous surfaces.
6 x Soudal 40FC 600ml – a high-quality polyurethane sealant and adhesive perfect for a vast number of applications. It is ideal for bonding and sealing panels. It is also a high-quality joint sealant, being used in road and bridge building, as well as industrial flooring applications.
Soudal Barrel Mastic Gun 600 CC – for use with all foil sealants. Used mainly by professionals, due to the larger size of this application gun that takes 600ml foils. It has a solid aluminium body and a plastic body for foils. Also comes with a cap and nozzle.
PC Cox Nozzle Holder Assembly – used to covert and dispense liquid sealants such as Colpor – the two-part assembly screws onto the cap of the Combi barrel gun to form a watertight seal.
PC Cox Red Nozzle – produces a 13mm bead and has no graduation markings.
PC Cox Blue Nozzle – produces a 9mm bead and has no graduation markings.
PC Cox White Nozzle – produces a 6mm bead and has no graduation markings.
SSL Wooden Wave Tooling Sticks – for neat, smooth finishes on any sealant application. The curved handles fit perfectly in your hand. Includes 4 sizes measuring from 5-55mm. Can be adjusted to fit any joint by cutting/shaping the tip yourself.

Everything you need to seal flooring and structures
Prime the desired surface before application using the Soudal Primer 100.
Attach the appropriate nozzle onto the Soudal Barrel Gun.
Insert 1 x 600ml 40FC foil into the barrel gun and apply the sealant.
Using the Wooden Wave Tooling Sticks, tool the sealant into the joint for a neat finish
