illbruck CY340 is a 2-part kit comprising a high viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive & a spray-applied activator. Ideal for the fast bonding of mitred MDF joints in the installation of kitchen units & fitted bedroom & office furniture. Other uses include the quick bonding of plastics, rubbers and wood.
Instant bonding in less than 10 seconds makes this adhesive ideal for projects where a quick solution is required.

– Surfaces must be dry, clean, smooth, firm and free from any traces of contaminant which may affect adhesion.
– Metal surfaces must be prepared using AT200 High Strength Cleaner and be completely dry before bonding.
APPLICATION
– Spray the activator onto one of the surfaces to be bonded and allow time for it to dry
– Apply the adhesive to the other surface
– The strong viscosity formulation allows use in vertical applications as well as for gap filling in joints of up to 0.25mm
CLEANING
Cured adhesive will only be removed by mechanical means.
