Arbokol AG2 Porous Primer is a one-part solvent containing air drying isocyanate resin based primer.

Recommended for use in conjunction with Arbokol AG2 and Arbokol 2150 two-part polysulphide sealants for the priming of porous surfaces such as concrete, block-work, brickwork etc.

APPLICATION

The joint surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all contamination. The surfaces should be degreased using the appropriate Arbo Cleaner. Apply one coat of Arbokol AG2 Porous primer using a clean, dry brush and allow it to dry for a least 1 hour but not more than 8 hours before applying the sealant. All joint preparation and priming should be carried out in accordance with BS 8000 Part 16, the British Standard for the sealing of joints in buildings using sealants.

JOINT SIZE SUITABILITY

The joint width should be at least 6mm in order that the joint faces can be cleaned and primed correctly.

This was my first visit to sealant supplies, here’s my review; The website is so easy to navigate, which, for me is good as I do sometimes struggle with them. I found there was a really good range of products and the prices are really good. I had done a bit of searching around on the net as I need a lot of product so want to get the best price I could get. After a couple of minutes I’d found what I wanted and added to my basket, went through the payment process and that was it, done.Delivery was actually a lot faster than I expected and the product was very well wrapped. I bought some expanding foam and, if you’re reading this you probably know the differences in quality of this kind of product. I did think that at the price it wouldn’t be the best, but my mind was put at rest when I used it. The foam is a really good quality product and absolutely perfect for the job I’m doing, which is restoring an old motorhome.To summarise, great website, well laid out, easy to navigate, secure payment options, super quick delivery and really well packed. Don’t think I could ask for more and I’ll certainly be using Sealant supplies again, what a great find.

Tried to obtain Wide Gap Joint Fill unsuccessfully all over the country without success but Sealant Supplies came up trumps! Not only did they have it in stock but the price was lower than prices I had seen elsewhere (and the othes couldn't deliver anyway as they were 'out of stock'). James and the team were great. Our block paved back patio, side path & driveway were a mess. Over 15 years old, full of moss & weed and badly discoloured by black & white lichen. I was on a budget so forced to completely jet wash, bleach, re-colour, re-sand & seal from scratch (or replace with tarmac costing £'000). Decided to use Bond It "Drive Alive" products including the new black & brindle colour enhancer and patio seal. Found "Sealant Supplies" online so ordered over the internet, paid by PayPal.
