AlphaChem Block & Paving Sealer provides a durable penetrative seal to a wide variety of materials, such as concrete, screeds, brickwork, masonry and fibrous sheet materials. The sealer helps protect both new and existing concrete and masonry against pollutants that are both airborne and in water.

AlphaChem Block & Paving Sealer helps protect both new and existing concrete and masonry against water and airborne pollutants.
APPLICATION
All surfaces must be dry and sound and free from oil, grease, treatment debris and algae. New concrete must be left for 4 to 6 weeks before treatment. Do not apply if rain is likely within 3 to 4 hours of application. Apply to a small test area and leave for 24 hours. Apply by brush or roller, work well into the surface, and don’t brush out jointing sand. Apply one to two coats depending on the desired effect. Allow 2 to 3 hours between coats. The product must be left at least 48 hours to fully cure before the treated area can allow any form of traffic. Clean equipment with soapy water.
