Bond It GP200 is a multi-purpose, low modulus silicone rubber sealant with fungicide, suitable for most sealing jobs around the home.

Bond It GP 200 is ideal for sealing in areas of high humidity. Therefore it has excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, ceramic tiles, many plastics and most paints.

It is suitable for the following applications – kitchen worktops, bathrooms, showers, utility rooms and general DIY applications.

– Caravan
– House

Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from grease. All types of cement, concretes and bare metal surfaces should be primed before the application of the silicone. Timber should be primed and painted.

Application

Apply using a sealant gun with the nozzle cut at a 45° angle, and to an opening slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. Smooth using a stick or plastic spatula wetted with a soap & water solution. Can not be applied to wet surfaces, although wetting immediately afterwards will not have any adverse effects. After that, tools can be cleaned in white spirit prior to curing taking place.

Limitations

Bond-It GP200 is not suitable for fixing of mirrors or sealing natural marble.

This was my first visit to sealant supplies, here’s my review; The website is so easy to navigate, which, for me is good as I do sometimes struggle with them. I found there was a really good range of products and the prices are really good. I had done a bit of searching around on the net as I need a lot of product so want to get the best price I could get. After a couple of minutes I’d found what I wanted and added to my basket, went through the payment process and that was it, done.Delivery was actually a lot faster than I expected and the product was very well wrapped. I bought some expanding foam and, if you’re reading this you probably know the differences in quality of this kind of product. I did think that at the price it wouldn’t be the best, but my mind was put at rest when I used it. The foam is a really good quality product and absolutely perfect for the job I’m doing, which is restoring an old motorhome.To summarise, great website, well laid out, easy to navigate, secure payment options, super quick delivery and really well packed. Don’t think I could ask for more and I’ll certainly be using Sealant supplies again, what a great find.

Tried to obtain Wide Gap Joint Fill unsuccessfully all over the country without success but Sealant Supplies came up trumps! James and the team were great. Our block paved back patio, side path & driveway were a mess. Over 15 years old, full of moss & weed and badly discoloured by black & white lichen. I was on a budget so forced to completely jet wash, bleach, re-colour, re-sand & seal from scratch (or replace with tarmac costing £'000).
