illbruck OS111 is bituminous sealant and adhesive that can be applied on damp, wet or submerged substrates. It is ideal for fixing leaks and making repairs, even on damp or wet substrates & for all types of roofing felts; including APP- and SBS- modified membranes, waterproof finishing of overlaps, connections and joints of roof edges, chimneys, light domes and bushings for exhaust pipes, fixing rainwater drain systems onto the roof, connection of damp courses and other waterproofing wall details (e.g. inner-walls), fixing overlaps of roofing felt at rising outer walls, temporary remedial or repair of plumbing.

Illbruck OS111 is high-performance bituminous sealant and adhesive that can be applied on damp, wet or submerged substrates. It is ideal for sealing leaks & making repairs even on wet surfaces & can be used for all types of roofing felts.
– May be applied to damp substrates.
– For best performance, surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free of contamination.
– Always carry out a small test area to confirm compatibility prior to use.
– Roughen non-porous surfaces.
– On substrates such as glass, aluminium, ceramics, lacquered wood, epoxy and polyester, primer is not required. For other materials, please contact tremco illbruck Technical Services.

APPLICATION
– Ensure there is good contact between the surfaces before applying adhesive. Apply a bead of adhesive to do one or both surfaces. For larger bond areas, use parallel beads at approx. 100mm spacing, so that after joining the parts. an aerated gap remains between the beads.
– Bring the two components together immediately. Sufficient working strength will typically develop after 10 minutes.
Cleaning
Remove excess adhesive immediately with illbruck AT200 Cleaner. Ensure surface is solvent resistant before cleaning. Cured adhesive will only be removed by mechanical means.
