Soudal Tile Adhesive is a solvent free flexible adhesive paste suitable for the bonding of all types of wall and floor tiles even in applications with underfloor heating. Suitable for applications onto porous surfaces such as stone, concrete, cementitious surfaces, plaster, timber.

Substrates
Substrates: all usual porous building substrates, brick, stone, concrete, stucco, wood.
Nature: clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
Surface preparation: On very absorbent surfaces the surface should be treated with a primer.
We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on any substrate.

Soudal Tile Adhesive is ideal for bonding of all types of wall and floor tiles even in applications with underfloor heating. It’s also suitable for applications onto porous surfaces such as stone, concrete, cementitious surfaces, plaster, timber, and for the bonding of new tiles onto old tiles.
APPLICATION
Application method: Apply the adhesive with the aid of a notched trowel (3-8 mm, depending on the tile size), at an angle of 60 °, to the substrate. Do not apply more adhesive to the substrate than the portion that can be worked up within 20 minutes. Apply the tile with a sliding movement into the adhesive and press firmly.
Cleaning: Before curing, 24A Super Tile Adhesive can be removed with water from tiles and tools. Cured 24A Super Tile Adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
Repair: With the same material.
LIMITATIONS
– Carry out any corrections within 15 minutes.
– On non-porous substrates leave the adhesive open to the air for max. 10 – 15 min before applying the tiles.
– The curing rate when tile to tile bonding will be slower when large tiles are used with narrow grouting joints. The adhesive may take several days to cure.
– In case of tile on tile adhesion, the drying time also depends on the tile size and joint width, with a minimum of a few days.
– In a very humid environment, the curing can take several days.
– In general, the joints can be washed with a joint filler after 24 hours.
– Before filling the joint, test if the adhesive adheres well.
– Not suitable for outdoor applications.
