Everbuild Fix and Fill Foam is a one-part polyurethane foam in an aerosol form that is quick-setting. Everbuild Fix and Fill is supplied with attachable nozzles. The foam expands on application up to 150% its original volume.

APPLICATION

APPLICATION METHOD / TOOLS

ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES.

Shake can well before use. Carefully fix nozzle. Do not overtighten.

Please note:

– When transported in cars, keep upright and secured in out of direct sunlight.
– Grease skin with body lotion or similar.

IMPORTANT – Re-use is only possible by cleaning the nozzle and valve tip with Everbuild FOAM CLEANER before the foam has cured.

LIMITATIONS

– Do not the over-pressurise container.
– Always apply above 5°C, ideally 20°C (conditions and product).
– Clean spills immediately with Everbuild FOAM CLEANER.
– When using EVERBUILD FIX & FILL Expanding Foam, always remove the nozzle from the can and clean quickly after use with Everbuild FOAM CLEANER.

Once cured, the dry foam must be removed mechanically or use FOAM EATER (always cut back and use on residues). No solvent will remove the product.
